History

Our mother, Nelly D.Janian was born in Bulgaria and raised in Marseille, France.
She worked for iconic designer Christian Dior creating custom dresses. There
she gained the skills and techniques necessary to create Haute Couture Gowns.
In 1954, our father Eugene saw a picture of her and the next week they were
married. Shortly thereafter they moved to America. In the states, she began
working with Oscar de la Renta and Manuel Pertegaz among others.
While working, she had 5 children. When we were just 16, our mother was
working on a dress with 10,000 Swarovski crystal beads. We were completely
mesmerized with this extraordinary, glimmering gown. That same day we started
to sketch and create, thus beginning our life-long love affair for haute couture
gowns, a passion that has only grown over the years.

We’ve been privileged to work with some of the most renowned names in fashion for over 30 years. exposing us to fine fabrics from all over the world and giving us an even deeper appreciation for quality and spectacular design. Whether it’s for your wedding day or a red carpet event, it’s our joy to create a piece of art for the momentous occasion in your life.
